• Donation information — donations are handled by our third-party payment processor. Payment card details are entered directly with that processor; Metanoia does not receive or store your full card number.
• Automatically collected information — basic, non-identifying technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) that helps us understand how the site is used.

How we use your information

• To send you the updates and educational content you requested, and to respond to your inquiries.
• To process and acknowledge donations and issue tax receipts.
• To coordinate volunteer involvement.
• To improve our website, research, and educational programs.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (such as our email and payment processors), and only as needed to provide the service — or where required by law.
